Kuan Chan

Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine Practitioner (D.AC., D.T.C.M.T.C.H.)

Kuan established Paincare Acupuncture in 1983. He has 39 years of practice and knowledge as an Acupuncturist and Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner here in Australia. He attained his degree in China and as a postgraduate, furthered his studies in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine as a researcher in Hong Kong, Taiwan and Japan. Kuan is a passionate practitioner in his field and always strives to cater the best treatments for his patients with many years of wisdom, knowledge and expertise of practice.

Olivea Chan

Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine Practitioner (B.HlthSc, M.TCM)

Following in her father's footsteps, Olivea received a Bachelor of Health Science / Master of Traditional Chinese Medicine from Western Sydney University in 2016. She furthered her studies and completed a research Masters on acupuncture for palliative care in 2021. Olivea has particular interest in Chinese herbal medicine for autoimmune conditions and acupuncture for supportive oncology care.
